Ingredients

  • 2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 12 oz frozen mixed berries
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup almonds(optional)

Method

  1. Stir the oats, milk, yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and salt together in a bowl until there are no dry patches.

  2. Divide between four jars or containers.

  3. Press a layer of frozen berries onto the top of each. They thaw overnight and bleed color into the oats.

  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours, or overnight.

  5. In the morning, stir well and loosen with a splash of milk. Top with chopped almonds.
