Ingredients

  • 3 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 6 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup walnut halves
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 8 oz strawberries

Method

  1. Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for 4 minutes, shaking the pan, until they smell rich. Cool, then chop roughly.

  2. Spoon the yogurt into four bowls and smooth the tops.

  3. Pour the honey over in a slow spiral so it pools rather than sinks.

  4. Scatter the walnuts and a pinch of cinnamon over each bowl.

  5. Add sliced strawberries to one side and serve straight away, while the nuts are still crisp.
