Buffalo Chicken Wraps with Ranch Slaw

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb boneless chicken breast
- 8 tsp hot sauce (louisiana style)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 flour tortillas (burrito size)
- 10 oz coleslaw mix (bagged)
- 4 tbsp ranch dressing
- 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 bunch celery(optional)
Method
Cut the chicken into thin strips and season with salt.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high and cook the chicken 6 to 8 minutes, stirring, until browned and cooked through.
Off the heat, add the butter and hot sauce and toss until the chicken is coated and glossy.
Toss the coleslaw mix with the ranch dressing and thinly sliced celery.
Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry pan. Fill each with slaw, buffalo chicken, and cheddar.
Fold in the sides and roll tightly, then cut in half on the diagonal.
